You do not need to create an account or register a profile with our database to use the JobShareConnection Network to search and/or browse for other posted profiles on said network.
- In order to post a free profile onto the JobShareConnection Network you must enter a name, email address, city, state, occupation, and desired hours/week in the form found on the Post Profile page.
- JobShareConnection stores this information electronically on a secure server in order to provide the JobShareConnection service to you.
- JobShareConnection stores, processes, and maintains messages sent through the "Contact Profile" feature.
- When you access JobShareConnection.com, our servers automatically record certain information about your use of JobShareConnection to help us better serve you and make the experience a more user-friendly service. Similar to most other web services, JobShareConnection records log information including IP-address, browser type, date and time, and referrer URL.

JobShareConnection maintains and processes "Contact Profile" messages and their contents to provide the JobShareConnection service to you and to protect users from unsolicited bulk email (spam) and unwanted content in messages, as well as format the content to display said messages in a user-friendly manner.
- JobShareConnection stores sensitive information of its members including name and email address in a secured server and is only accessable by a limited number our employees in order to provide the JobShareConnection service to you.
- The personal information given to us when posting a profile or accessing JobShareConnection.com is only to be used by JobShareConnection for services relating to and described on our web site.
- Personal and sensitive information will never be sold or traded to third-party vendors or advertisers and will never appear on the JobShareConnection Network, with the exception of a city, state, occupation, and desired hours/week, which are listed anonymously on the Network in order for users to be browsed by potential JobShare partners.
- In sending a message to a JobShare Profile, the user will be asked if JobShareConnection can provide the recipient with their name and/or email address. The personal information given in said message will only be used according the user's requests.
- If user requests that their email address be given to the recipient of their message, then JobShareConnection releases such information to recipent and takes no further action. The recipient can then choose to either email sender directly or to message via JobShareConnection by replying to the initial emailed message from JobShareConnection.
- If user requests that their email address not be given to the recipient of their message, then JobShareConnection will act as a third party messaging service, providing an anonymosity of names and email addresses to both parties participating in said messaging activities and allowing both users to respond directly to the initial message from JobShareConnection.
