Once you submit your JobShare Profile to our network, you will be added to our network by your general location, then Occupation, and even narrowed down to how many hours you desire to work per week.  Your name or email address will never be given out on our web site, even to other members.  When a potential JobShare partner finds you on our network and wishes to contact you, they can send you a message through a form on our web site, which will be screened for spam and inappropriate content before being sent off to your personal email address.  Once you find a JobShare partner, you can download a copy of our JobShare Proposal, a formal agreement between the individuals of the JobShare, to guide you in the hiring process.  If at any time you need assistance or guidance, please contact one of our JobShare specialists.
